Who is this work (meditation / coaching) for?
This work is for all people who feel cut off from their bodies, emotions, and inner truth. It’s for those who carry deep shame for who they are, struggle with boundaries, or have lost touch with their sense of self-worth. If you feel stuck in your head, overwhelmed by fear or numbness, or trapped in the patterns of people-pleasing, exhausted by superficial connections or unsatisfied with life.
What’s the difference between life / awareness coaching and meditation?
Life coaching supports clarity, integration and transformation through conscious dialogue and deep self-inquiry (working with inner child, subconscious, meditation techniques). Meditation works through the body to unlock trust, presence, and embodied emotion. You can choose either, or weave both together for more holistic support.
Do I need to have experience with meditation or coaching?
No experience is needed. You don’t need to be familiar with coaching. Everything is guided step by step, at your pace, with full respect for your boundaries. You decide how deep you wanna go into yourself.
Is coaching like therapy?
Coaching is not therapy and does not treat mental illness. It’s a collaborative, forward-facing process focused on embodiment, awareness, and living in truth. Presence is the key. It’s especially powerful for people wanting to take full responsibility for their lives and wanna work on themselves. It can be a powerful addition to therapy - especially psychodynamic approach.
What if strong emotions or shame come up during meditation or coaching?
They are welcome here. Many people carry deep shame, grief, or suppressed anger—this space allows them to be seen and felt in safety. Emotions are not a problem; they’re part of the healing.
How do sessions (coaching / meditation) start?
The best way to begin is by booking a free consultation call. For both coaching and meditation, I’ll guide you through an intake process to understand your background, needs, and what’s most supportive for you. You're also invited to fill out a self-inquiry questionnaire.
What themes can we work with in coaching?
We explore identity, emotional resilience, relationships, purpose, shadow, shame, anger, and inner liberation. Many people come with deep questions about authenticity, power, and healing. It’s a space for truth, not performance.
How many coaching sessions do I need?
You can come for one session or work together over time—it depends on what you need. Some people want to go deep fast; others need slow unfolding. We start with a free 30-minute call to see what feels right for you.
Where do sessions take place?
Coaching sessions happen online or in person in Zürich or outdoors in nature, depending on the weather and your preference.
Is this confidential?
Yes—everything shared is held in full confidentiality. I work under professional supervision to ensure integrity and safety. This is a space rooted in trust, consent, and radical respect.
Do you work in other languages?
Yes—I offer sessions in English, German and Polish. You’re welcome to express yourself in the language that feels most natural or emotional. Switching languages mid-session is also totally okay.
