Meditation Sessions

Parallel to my coaching work I also guide people through deep, embodied Vipassana meditation. Vipassana is an ancient meditation technique focused on observing what is — within the body and mind. Through mindful observation, it brings about inner transformation, greater resilience, self-awareness, and emotional release. Vipassana is a deeply somatic practice that helps to release blocked emotions, develop self-observation and support the healing of psychosomatic conditions.

Vipassana awakens the body, heightens sensations and creates a space where you can let go in a way that feels safe and deeply liberating. It is a way to reconnect with the body and integrate emotions.

However, Vipassana meditation is not recommended for individuals with serious mental health challenges (such as severe depression, schizophrenia or anxiety disorders), those undergoing psychiatric treatment or people experiencing significant life instability (including unstable interpersonal relationships).

Are you curious about Vipassana meditation?

  • Would you like to try Vipassana meditation but aren’t sure how to begin or what the practice actually involves?
  • Would you like to start/deepen your meditation practice?
  • Are you tired of pop-spirituality and would like to try meditation which is actually working?

Vipassana is non-sectarian and not associated with any particular spiritual or religious belief.

Vipassana meditation is a universal tool for cleansing the mind of so-called sankharas (mental conditionings) that cause suffering in our lives. This meditation is universal — just as the problems we share as human beings are universal. Therefore, the tool itself must also be universal and is not tied to any particular religion. Anyone can benefit from the practice of Vipassana.

Vipassana goes to the very core of the unconscious mind.

Vipassana is a deep meditation practice that allows access to and healing of the deeper layers of the psyche. The main source of human suffering lies in the constant tension between craving and aversion. This creates ongoing physical and mental tension, as well as a continuous drive to either satisfy desires or avoid responsibility. Vipassana reveals these conditionings layer by layer, allowing the mind to be purified and leading to inner peace and harmony. However, this process requires consistent practice and a genuine transformation of one’s way of life.

Somatic Integration & Emotional Release

Your body may hold memories, emotions and unconscious patterns. Deep Vipassana meditation helps with:

  • Releasing stored tension and emotional blocks (so called sankharas)

  • Strengthening the connection between the body and mind

  • Letting go of the need for control in a safe, contained space

Every session consists of:

  • A preparation talk – to set intentions, answer questions and explain the method

  • The session itself – a meditative journey

  • Aftercare – a moment of grounding, emotional integration and reflection
